Who May Attend PMA 09?

The PMA International Convention and Trade Show is the largest annual international event in the photo imaging community, and is not open to the general public. All attendees must be in the photo imaging and related industries to be eligible to attend the trade show. Due to the investment made by PMA 09 exhibitors, PMA show management wants to ensure that its attendees are members of the trade. All attendees must provide ID proving their affiliation with the industry (business card, pay stub, company ID, etc.)

You may also register your guests, friends and family who accompany you to Las Vegas for PMA 09 by registering them for a guest badge. No persons will be admitted on the trade show floor without proper credentials.

Badge and Ticket Mailings

Materials will be mailed within two weeks prior to the convention to all registrants. Requests received after February 2, 2009 may be handled on-site.

International Registration

For those outside the U.S., plan to register by January 30 in order to receive badge packets by mail prior to the convention. After January 30, international registrants should plan to pick up all of their registration materials on-site.

To expedite normal mailings, badge holders will not be mailed to registrants outside the U.S. & Canada. You will receive a ticket to pick up your holder on-site in Las Vegas.

PMA recommends that international registrants use credit cards when submitting payment. Payments in U.S. funds only.

Refund Policy

Convention registration and special events cancellations must be received in writing by February 28, 2009. Refunds will not be granted after this date.

* Only full trade show attendee registrants and their spouses are eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. You must be present to win, PMA and PMA Member Association Officers, board members, press, Single-day trade attendees, exhibitors, staff, their families and employees are NOT eligible for Grand Prize Drawings. The Grand Prize Drawing takes place Thursday, March 5, 2009.
