Women Are From Venus.Does Your Store Look Like Mars-Webinar,
Speaker: Jill Wight, Owner/Partner, jill-e designs Inc
ARCHIVED Today's sales growth opportunities are with women's incredible purchasing power. Tap into that and business will pick up. Retailers can influence a woman's spending by presenting their store, their products and themselves with her in mind. Jill Wight of jill-e designs explains how and provides concrete examples.
In 2007 Jill Wight, with partner Gail Backal, founded jill-e designs - maker of sturdy, stylish professional-quality camera and carry-all bags for people living today's technology-rich, fashion-conscious, on-the-go lifestyle. Today their business reaches around the world and offers a complete portfolio of bags at every price point, for women and men. Wight, an Ohio State University graduate, built a career in sales and strategic marketing with "blue chip" companies such as IBM, Xerox and Kodak. Prior to starting jill-e designs, she was marketing manager for Kodak's consumer accessories business and, with Backal, launched a highly successful line of female-friendly consumer camera cases. Wight is a leading expert on how to market and sell to women.
