  • Agree to have valid business and liability insurance
  • Agree to complete a national background search, including sex offender registries for employees
  • agree to diligently follow and share information privacy policy
  • are a PSPA member and follow the PSPA Code of Ethics
  • adhere to the PSPA Digital Data and Image Format Guidelines
  • authorize release of this information to potential clients and agree to abide by terms and conditions of program
  • may use PSPA Accreditation logo on your promotional materials*
  • receive photo ID badges for you and your staff to proudly display your accreditation status**
  *must follow PSPA Accreditation logo usage guidelines.
** five photo ID badges included. $5 each for additional badges

PSPA accreditation does not mean that the business’ products or services have been evaluated or are endorsed by PSPA, or that the PSPA has made a determination as to the business’ product quality or competency in performing services. Businesses or photographers are under no obligation to seek accreditation and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought PSPA accreditation.


Submit the following to PSPA, along with your application:
  • Accreditation Program Certification Statement confirming completion of a national background search (including sex offender registries) for each employee
  • Proof of professional liability insurance
  • Copy of a certificate or other documentation confirming registration as a business entity with your local, state, or federal authority
  • $50 annual fee
