Any suggestions?  Our customers are using their digital still cameras to capture short video clips stored on their HC SD media cards.

Others our now capturing HD video from Digital Cameras and DV Cams.  I am aware Sony has a device to plug in the Sony HD Cam directly to a DVD burner.

I have found several low in JVC type units. Like we use for VHS to DVD. for around $ 200

I found two JVC models. SR-HD1250s and SR-HD1500 for around $ 1400 to $ 1800 each.

They promise to create full 1080p Blue-Ray disks from HC SD cards.

I am aware that we could purchase Blue-Ray DVD burners for our lab pc's.  And then would need burner software to hand the job.

Just wondering what the best of the best modulators here on the form would recommend We do.

We want to offer a quick service by adding a unit to each of our three stores, so any retail associate could offer this service.

Next, I think we would like to have better editing capability at our main lab for combining several short videos and whatever.
