Map Your Show and MyPMA Planner
Now is the time customers start planning their visits at PMA 2010! Make sure you stand out as they browse the show floor using the MyPMA planning tool . PMA has teamed up with Map Your Show and Core Apps to power MyPMA, which provides several options of enhanced exhibitor visibility on both the web and mobile devices. The basic option is free to all contracted exhibitors, and you can explore upgrade opportunities to help you stand out before, during, and after PMA 2010. Bundled options have been set up to combine these tools, or you can purchase them on an a la carte basis.

Please contact Jeff Frazine with any questions or just follow the online prompts at the following link: https://pma10.exh.mapyourshow.com/signup .

PMA 2010 GES Zone Managers Announced
PMA 2010 will have three assigned zone managers. These industry professionals will be split up the following way: Hall B - Mark Witthoeft, Hall C - Charlie Nesbitt, and Hall D - Martha Luyo.

The zone managers "know the show" and have the knowledge and experience to help our exhibitors spend more time in the booth and less time looking for supplies and services.

The zone managers will work to keep the aisles clear and usable and act as liaisons between the union workforce and exhibitors to obtain our best products and services on time with our highest levels of service responsiveness in mind.

Look for them on the show floor, and feel free to ask for help; they will be riding electric carts in your hall.

Shipping Reminder - Direct to Convention Center
Shipments sent directly to the convention center must be received by GES on your firm's Target Freight Date (this can be found online within the Exhibitor Information Manual) to avoid incurring off-target fees. Be sure to double check this date before scheduling your shipment.
