Director's Corner: Share Your Quick Tips and Tidbits as a Part of PMA Marketing Moments
PMA Marketing Moments is a weekly podcast produced by PMA ® consisting of 60-second to 90-second audio files recorded by PMA speakers, consultants, and members. This new "short version" format allows PMA members to hear quick tips and ideas to inspire creative marketing concepts. A new PMA Marketing Moment will be available each Tuesday, and like all PMA podcasts, is available to subscribe through iTunes or another "Pod-catcher."

Since you are considered leading industry experts, we would like to call on you to create a PMA Marketing Moment for us. Keeping with the theme, these marketing ideas should be 90 seconds or less. The Calendar of Deadlines
In each edition of the Exhibitor eNewsletter, there is a listing of the upcoming deadlines for "all things show-related" - Official Show Program Listing deadline, GES and other official contractor advance discount deadlines, and optional promotional opportunities and events. Use this list as a reminder of the closest deadlines; the full list will be posted on the PMA 2010 website, both within FAQs and the Exhibitor Information Manual (coming this fall).

PMA 2010 Housing Is Open! Exhibitor Registration to Open Soon!

PMA 2010 features two Anaheim hotel headquarter properties:

The Anaheim Marriott recently completed a comprehensive room renovation that has taken the hotel to a whole new level. Each one of the guest rooms, suites, and corridors, as well as the concierge lounge, have gone through an artful transformation. Complementing the new lobby and meeting space, the spacious guest rooms were enhanced with new carpet, fixtures, furniture, and bedding, as well as a variety of unconventional touches throughout. Guests traveling for business will welcome the convenient location of the hotel to the GardenWalk and Anaheim Convention Center. The Anaheim Marriott supports a variety of "Green Initiatives" and has recently earned the Energy Star Award.

When making your reservation, please provide room preferences . Please note that not all room type requests can be guaranteed. The hotel will assign specific room types at check-in, based on availability. PMA 2010 Housing will remain open through January 15, 2010.

Reservation Modification or Cancellation -You may continue to make, modify, or cancel reservations based on availability through January 15, 2010. Please note that all modifications are based on availability at the time of modification; you may modify or cancel your reservation online, by fax, mail, or email. Please contact PMA if you do NOT receive confirmation of your modification or cancellation within 72 hours.
