Economy Table Guidelines
Package Inclusions
YOUR ECONOMY TABLE PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS IN THE
PUBLISHED PRICE FOR EACH BOOTH:
• One 8-foot, grey-draped table, 24 inches deep
• One side chair
• One wastebasket
• One Company name ID sign
• One exhibitor badge at no charge
• Free listing in official Convention program and PMA magazine show issue
• Standard floor covering (grey) in the Economy Table area
Economy Table Contents Restrictions and Height Limits
Economy Tables do not include a dimensional space footprint. The table is your exhibit, and all literature and product must fit wholly on your assigned table. The space in front of each table is considered aisle and therefore items may not be placed in it.
The following are not allowed in Economy Table area:
• Exhibit structures
• Pop-up displays
• Banner stands
• Shelving
• Supplemental lighting
Please note any of the above found in the Economy Table area will be automatically removed to the Exhibitor Security Checkroom until the close of the trade show.
The following are allowed:
• Literature and product that fit on your8-foot by 2-foot table (150 lb. maximumcombined weight)
• Fixtures, risers, signs, etc. up to three(3) feet high on table
• Outlets and internet access availableat an additional cost (see Services section ofthe manual for more information)
