Press Room Services for Exhibitors
YOUR PRESS KITS are welcome. PMA Show Press Room services include the opportunity to distribute company press kits to members of the photographic trade, business trade and consumer press.
Please incorporate into your kit-cover your company name. This simple (and voluntary) design standard can mean the difference between being easily located or lost in the shuffle of varying kit sizes, colors, and designs.
If your company uses a public relations/advertising agency to produce your press kits, please provide them with information on press room services, especially where and when to send press kits.

YOUR PRESS CONFERENCE SCHEDULING can be assisted by notifying PMA well in advance of the Convention. PMA will keep a master schedule of all Press Conferences. This service can spare you conflicts that would prevent members of the press from attending your gathering. PMA asks that Press Conferences are not scheduled during the hours the Trade Show floor is open. Press Conferences may be held on the Trade Show floor, at the exhibitor's booth, one hour before the floor is open to attendees. Please complete the Press Conference Notification form found in this section, if you want PMA to post your Press Conference in the Press Room.

EDITORIAL PRESS SERVICES offers to make the press welcome and to make their coverage of you as convenient and organized as possible. This includes seminar speech texts (when available), photography (by arrangement), charge phones, typewriters, word processors, general supplies, and refreshments.
