Freight Arrival Dates
Before you arrange your personal setup schedule and plan your installation labor requirements, please note the targeted arrival date for your freight shipments. The color-coded PMA 2010 Freight Target Floorplan shows which day your carrier should deliver your direct shipments to the Convention Center. Advance shipments delivered to the GES Warehouse between January 13, 2010 and February 11, 2010 will also be transferred to your booth on or before your indicated target date. Each inbound Target Date has a corresponding Move-Out Deadline Date.

* All exhibits must be complete, clean, and ready for Show opening by 9:00 a.m., Sunday, February 21. Spaces found vacant at this time may be reclaimed by PMA.
** All exhibitor and exhibitor-appointed contractor equipment must be clear of the Convention Center by 10:00 p.m., Friday, February 26.
Working beyond the above hours can be arranged with PMA Show Security on site. Only Convention Center and PMA Official Contractor labor can be admitted for work in the halls on Tuesday, February 16 . The first hours of occupancy must be reserved for facility and general contractor operations, including space marking, electrical rough-in, rigging, rental carpet installation, advance freight distribution and other tasks in preparation for all exhibitors’ move-in.

Aisle Carpet Schedule
Aisle carpet will be installed beginning at 12:00 noon on Saturday, February 20. All remaining empty crates and containers must be labeled and placed outside booths for pickup by that time, as well as all waste packing material and plastic sheeting. Show Entrance and Theme Center areas will be carpeted and decorated at an earlier time; please keep all such areas clear of setup equipment and empties at all times. After close of Show, Saturday, Thursday, Tuesday, February 23 aisle carpet will be left in place until 4:30 p.m. to allow the safe exit of all trade visitors from the floor; it will then be removed beginning at rear areas (freight doors) and moving forward toward exit doors and lobbies.
Please also note, Trade Show aisle carpet is deliberately sized to be less than the entire aisle width, so workers can unroll and reroll it quickly, without fouling into exhibitors' carpets and displays. Do not expect aisle carpet to reach to the edge of your booth carpet; several inches gap is normal and helpful for revealing space-number labels adhered to the concrete floor.
