How do I make a change to my registration?
You may make changes to your registration online, by fax or by telephone using the contact information below.

What are the fees to attend the show and networking events?
A PMA Full Trade Show Badge includes admission to the exhibits each day, Official Business Sessions and Executive Keynotes on Tuesday & Wednesday; Welcome, Get Acquainted, President’s and Parting Shot receptions; and chance to win the PMA Grand Prize Drawing.* Cost is $49 member/ $99 non-member.

Additional event and conference registration rates vary depending upon your level of interest.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my company?
If you need to transfer your registration to another person at your company, simply notify the registration department of the change so they can revise your billing record and name badge information. There is no cost to transfer a registration or to make a name change.

How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your registration, please send any received registration materials back to PMA by February 28, 2009 along with your written cancellation request.

I am having problems registering on the website. Is there someone I can speak to?
Please contact our PMA Convention Department at 800-248-8804, 517-788-8100 or by e-mail at registration@pmai.org. You can also contact Experient/PMA 09 Customer Service at 866-229-2386.

How can I find out/confirm that I am pre-registered?
You can check your registration status online by logging onto our event registration site, or by calling PMA 09 Customer Service at 866-229-2386 or 301-694-5243.

When will I receive my badge?
All registration materials will be mailed to arrive at least two weeks prior to the convention, beginning in January. Registration requests received after February 2, 2009 may be held for on-site pick up. Registrants outside of the USA and Canada, should return forms by January 30, 2009 to ensure delivery by regular mail. Express mailings are available upon request with proper payment.

What if the information on my badge that I received in the mail is incorrect?
Please send any badge corrections or changes by fax to 301-694-5124, or contact PMA 09 Customer Service by phone at 866-229-2386 or 301-694-5243.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Purchase orders are accepted for registration; a registration invoice will be sent to you in order to collect payment. Once payment has been received, your registration materials will be sent to you. To pay by purchase order, please fax your completed registration form to PMA at 517-788-8371

Can I register onsite?
Registration is available onsite at the Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall; however, pre-registration is recommended to avoid waiting in line at the event.

When can I register on-site?
On-site registration will open on Sunday, March 1 at 12:00 noon for all registrants. Below are the on-site registration hours for each day:

Do you offer any registration discounts or specials?
For a limited time, PMA is offering current Members a two-for-one discount on the All Conference Connection Pass. Current PMA members may purchase one All Conference Connection Pass by December 15, and receive another one at no additional charge.

Do I have to be a PMA Member to attend the convention and trade show?
Membership is not required to attend the PMA 09 International Convention & Trade Show, but you can receive significant discounts on your registration fees should you decide to join.

If I become a member, or I am a current member of PMA, can the rest of my employees also attend at the member rate?
Yes, your firm’s membership allows all of your employees to attend the convention at the member price.

What sessions are being offered at PMA 09 International Convention and Trade Show?

How much do the educational sessions and other events cost?
A PMA Full Trade Show Badge, which includes daily trade show admission, Official Business Session Keynote sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday; the Welcome, Get Acquainted, President’s and Parting Shot receptions; and, chance to win the PMA Grand Prize Drawing*, costs just $49 member/ $99 non-member.

Additional educational and social events range in price from $10 - $110 member/$15 - $140 non-member (discounts are available for All Conference Connection Pass registrants). A PMA trade show badge is required to register for any educational or social event tickets.

Do I need a ticket to attend Official Keynote Sessions or Evening Sessions?
Yes. A PMA Full Trade Show Badge or an All Conference Connection Pass include tickets for all Official Keynote Sessions and most evening sessions. Night Schools are available at a separate price.

What pre-convention and additional activities will be taking place at PMA 09?
Prior to the PMA 09 International Convention and Trade Show, several of PMA’s member sections will be taking part in annual conferences/conventions, including the DIMA (Digital Imaging Marketing Association) Annual Conference; PSPA (Professional School Photographers Association) Annual Convention; PIEA (Photo Imaging Education Association) Education Conference; PPFA (Professional Photo Framers Association) Annual Convention; PSRO (Professional Scrapbook Retailers Organization) Annual Convention; and the SPAA (Sports Photographers Association of America) Annual Conference.

Each year, PMA hosts a Golf Tournament, featuring both the Callaway and Scramble formats. This year’s tournaments will be held at The Legacy Golf Club, Monday, March 2nd at 8:00 a.m.

This year, you can also embark on an All-Day Photo Safari in Zion National Park. On Monday, March 2nd at 6:00 a.m., join the PIEA (Photo Imaging Education Association) for this first all-day photo safari.

What hotels are offering special rates?
PMA has negotiated special pricing deals with over 20 hotels in Las Vegas. Reservations can be made for any of these hotels by using the convenience of online hotel reservations or by completing the hotel booking form and returning it to Experient, the official PMA Housing Service for PMA 09. How do I get an International Visa letter of invitation?
Once you are registered and paid in full, send an e-mail requesting an International Visa Letter of Invitation to PMA_International@pmai.org. Please note that if your request for a Visa is denied by your country, you will receive a full refund for your registration fees.

Can I bring my spouse and children?
Yes, family is welcome; guest badges are the same as attendee badges. Badges are available for $49 member/ $99 non-member (full show) or for $25 member/$49 non-member for a single day show pass. There is no charge for children under 18 that are accompanied by an adult on the Trade Show floor, but badge registration is required. Spouse program tickets are also available for an additional fee.
