Deadline
Please complete reservations by February 2, 2009 -- or by January 15 to receive some reduced rate offers. Hotel Guarantees (Deposits)
All PMA 09 hotels require a deposit equal to one night’s stay to book your reservation. Reservations requested without deposit instruction will not be processed until the deposit method is secured. Credit Cards are preferred for guaranteeing accommodations. Your credit card will be charged at the discretion of the hotel holding your reservation, on or after February 2, 2009. Credit cards must be valid through March 2009 in order to be considered proper deposit. Reservations secured by credit card may be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival without penalty. You may continue to make, modify or cancel reservations for most hotels, based on availability, through February 2, 2009. All modifications are based on availability at the time of request – you may modify or cancel your reservation by phone, fax, or on the Internet. If you do not receive confirmation of your modification or cancellation within 72 hours, please contact Experient, the official PMA Housing Service. Room Rates and Taxes
Take advantage of the PMA convention rates and book all reservations by the housing deadline, February 2, 2009. Note that some reduced rates have earlier deadlines. Reservations booked after published deadlines will be based on availability at the prevailing rates. Hotel rates are per room, per night based on occupancy.
