PLEASE NOTE: All framers who became CPFs
after 1993 are required to take a Recertification Course at least once in a four-year period to maintain
their CPF status. It is the sole responsibility of each CPF to know their valid through date and
to recertify before the end of that four-year period to maintain their CPF status. If you lose
your CPF status, the only way to regain it is to retake the CPF Exam.
