PMA Full Trade Show Badge:

$49 Member/$99 Non-member

Valid Thursday – Saturday and include admission to the trade exhibits each day; official business keynote sessions on Thursday, Friday and Saturday; Early Bird Reception, Welcome Reception, President’s Reception, and Kickoff Reception. Plus a chance to win the PMA Grand Prize Drawing.*

 

Single-Day Trade Show Only Badge:

$29 Member/$49 Non-member

Includes one-day admission to the exhibits for Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

 

Conference Badge Registration:

$199 Member/$329 Non-member

Use this option to order conference badges for DIMA, PPFA, PSPA or SPAA. Conference Badges also include a full PMA Full Trade Show Badge. Session tickets are also required to complete your conference registration. Conference Badge registration allows you to attend any of the four conferences at no additional cost. Overlapping session tickets may not be ordered. Please indicate your primary conference affiliation.

Cancellation and Refunds

In order for a refund to be issued, written cancellation, accompanied by registration materials, must be received by January 29, 2008.

Badge and Registration Mailings

Registration materials will be mailed beginning in December to arrive at least two weeks prior to the convention to all registrants. Registration requests received after January 2, 2008 will be held for on-site pickup. Registrants outside of the USA and Canada, should return forms by December 17, 2007 to ensure delivery by regular mail. Registrants outside the U.S. and Canada should plan to pick up their badge holders on-site. You will receive a ticket with your badge to exchange for the badge holder. Registrants from Brazil should plan to pick up all of their convention registration materials on-site. Registrants wishing to have their materials shipped by Express Delivery will need to complete the Express Shipping option during the registration process.

* Must be present to win. No stand-ins allowed. PMA officers, trustees, board members, member association board members, press, single day trade attendees, exhibitors, staff, their families and employees are NOT eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. All decisions at the drawing are final.
