After January 20 you may still register online and pick up your badges on-site at the Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall.

PIEA Educator's Badge: $69 member/$119 non-member

PIEA Education Conference registration includes: 1) passage to all PIEA sessions, luncheons and receptions and 2) a PMA Full Trade Show Badge including: admission to daily trade exhibits; all PMA Official Business Session Keynotes; two complimentary beverage tickets for each reception (Welcome Reception, Get Acquainted Reception, President’s Reception, and the Kickoff Reception); and the opportunity to win the $10,000 Grand Prize Drawing on Saturday.*

Some sessions may require an additional fee as is noted in the registration form and during the online registration process.

PIEA Photo Safari: $45 member/$55 non-member

PIEA once again travels to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. The bus departs from the Sahara Hotel & Casino at 7 a.m. and returns by noon.

Registration Cancellation and Refunds

In order for a refund to be issued, written cancellation, accompanied by registration materials, must be received by January 29, 2008.

Badge and Registration Mailings

Registration materials will be mailed beginning in December to arrive at least two weeks prior to the convention to all registrants. Registration requests received after January 2, 2008 will be held for on-site pickup. Registrants outside of the USA and Canada, should return forms by December 17, 2007 to ensure delivery by regular mail. Registrants outside the U.S. and Canada should plan to pick up their badge holders on-site. You will receive a ticket with your badge to exchange for the badge holder. Registrants from Brazil should plan to pick up all of their convention registration materials on-site. Registrants wishing to have their materials shipped by Express Delivery will need to complete the Express Shipping information below.

* Must be present to win. No stand-ins allowed. PMA officers, trustees, board members, member association board members, press, single day trade attendees, exhibitors, staff, their families and employees are NOT eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. All decisions at the drawing are final.
