Early Bird Reception – Renaissance Hotel Las Vegas

Supplier Luncheon
Wednesday, January 30 ■  11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
An opportunity to meet with school-portrait industry suppliers to discuss products and services and schedule appointments during the PMA trade show. Each supplier (whom you can visit on the PMA trade show floor) will staff a literature display table to answer your questions during this working luncheon.

Roundtable Sessions – Five Topics for Five Tables
Wednesday, January 30 ■ 2:40 p.m. - 3:50 p.m.
Industry issues are covered in a “roll up your sleeves”-style session, covering five hot topics affecting the school photography market.

Welcome Reception
Wednesday, January 30 ■ 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
After a full day packed with motivating information, come unwind at the PSPA Welcome Reception with your friends. Complimentary snacks and beverages await you, along with the perfect company for swapping stories from the day.

Town Meeting
Thursday, January 31 ■ 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
PSPA Board members will make up this panel session discussing issues and opportunities facing the school photography industry and the PSPA organization as a whole. The PSPA Official Business Session will be part of the agenda.

Lab Luncheon
Thursday, January 31 ■ 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
New this year, the PSPA Lab Luncheon will allow school photographers to meet with sponsoring labs about their services. Networking is the theme of this all-important working lunch.

PMA Get Acquainted Reception
Thursday, January 31 ■ 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

PMA President’s Reception
