Where should I ship items for the PMA Canada Exposition 2007?
We recommend that exhibitors with materials needed on-site at the Toronto Congress
Centre (TCC) route them through The Stronco Group. Shipping, storage and booth handling can be
arranged through The Stronco Group, our Show Services Contractor; the contact is Jeff Drover at 905-270-6767.
In all cases, please include the following information on your shipping label:

Is storage space available at the show?
Storage space is available for exhibitors. If additional or longer storage space is
required, we recommend that you contact The Stronco Group, our Show Services Contractor, or Dianna Dimanno at
the TCC.
What types of electrical services are available?
Each booth space is provided with a 1500-watt, 115-volt duplex receptacle. For
additional electrical services beyond that which is provided, please contact SHOWTECH, the Electrical
Services Contractor for the show as mentioned above.
Is Internet service available and what is the cost?
Wireless Internet access is available on the trade show floor of the Toronto
Congress Centre. For e-mail and casual surfing, there is no charge. For higher bandwidth requirements, there
will be an extra charge and you need to contact AVW-TELAV (Brian D’Souza at 416-240-7838).
How do we get our badges?
Exhibitors’ badge requisition and registration forms are available now on the Expo main website under
Exhibitor. Please complete this form and return to the address provided on the form. If this form is received
by Sept. 10, your badges will be mailed to you. If the form is received after Sept. 10, you will need to pick
your badges up on-site in the registration area of the show (Berton #4, Toronto Congress Centre); please pick
your badges up by 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sept 22.
When is booth set up and take down?
The Stronco Group, the Show Services Contractor, has issued a schedule for
access to the show floor. It is expected that all exhibitors will be able to begin booth set up by
approximately 12:00 noon on Saturday, Sept. 22. The area will remain open on this day until 11:00 p.m. The
loading docks will re-open on Sunday, Sept. 23 at 7:00 a.m. All booths must be completely set up by show open
at 10:00 a.m. on this day. The exact schedule to arrive at the TCC will also be published on the Expo
website.
The show floor closes to the public at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25; all booths
must be taken down and removed from the Toronto Congress Centre by 11:00 p.m. on this day.

Is there a security vendor?
There will be a security person on duty, monitoring the show floor when the product
exposition is not open. If an exhibitor would like additional protection, a dedicated security person can be
arranged through the Toronto Congress Centre Operations Area for a fee. Please contact Dianna Dimanno at

Is booth cleaning available?
All aisles will be cleaned nightly. If you would like to arrange for individual
booth cleaning, please contact the Toronto Congress Center Operations Area (Dianna Dimanno) at 416-245-5000,
ext. 2279 for additional information.
Are there any special events/dinners preceding or following the show floor
openings and closings?
YES! Each morning, there will be a General Session with special speakers for a cost of $15.00 per person. The
Best Value badge ticket includes these sessions.
Following the product exposition on both Sunday and Monday, there will be a one-hour
networking reception; you will receive two complimentary drink tickets for both receptions with the purchase
of your $10 reception tickets.
Following the Monday reception, there is a Gala Dinner featuring many different kinds
of foods prepared in front of your eyes, as well as entertainment provided throughout the evening by two
Toronto groups – The Jazz Group and the Country Rogues. Tickets are available through registration for
$50.
During the exposition each day, food will be available in a food court operated by the
TCC located on the trade show floor in the back right corner.
