When making your reservation, please provide room and bedding preferences. Please note that not all requests can be guaranteed. The hotel will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.

Deadline
A limited number of rooms are still available at the PMA 08 rate, selection may vary. Please use the online Exhibitor Housing Link to review options and book hotel rooms and exhibitor badges online..

Reservation Dates
Reservations can be made for arrivals beginning January 27 and departures ending February 3, 2008. For other dates or for suite information, please e-mail Experient.

Reservation Modification or Cancellation
You may continue to make, modify or cancel reservations through December 14, 2007. Please note that all modifications are based on availability at the time of modification – you may modify or cancel your reservation by phone, fax or on the Internet. Contact Experient if you do NOT receive confirmation of your modification or cancellation within 72 hours.
