How To Get Involved With YOUR PPFA

The PPFA Nominating Committee is soliciting candidates for consideration to serve on the National Board of Directors. The candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must be a member in good standing

• Must have a minimum of 3 years in the industry

• Must have been a PPFA member for 2 years

• If nominated, be willing to sign a "Letter of Willingness to Serve"

Candidates can recommend themselves or someone else for consideration. To help the Nominating committee understand the candidate's qualifications, please fill out the PPFA National Board Potential Candidate Recommendation Form.

PPFA welcomes volunteers! PPFA thrives with volunteer help, and one of the best ways for members to get to know their fellow framers is to share time and talent with their local chapters.

Each chapter runs smoothly with the work of its volunteer officers: president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer. Others volunteer as membership coordinators, librarians, newsletter editors/communications coordinators, program/event coordinators, and committee members.

After framers get their feet wet at the local level, there are additional opportunities to volunteer at the international level.

Whatever the need, and whatever the members’ particular interests, PPFA can match them with a group that will appreciate their assistance.

It’s a fun way to get involved, make new friends, and help grow the custom framing industry.
