PMA@CES 2014 Space Selection

2014 PMA@CES Space Selection will take place during 2013 PMA@CES. By now, if you are a PMA@CES exhibitor, you should have received both an email and mailing with information about space selection for 2014 PMA@CES. This mailing would have included your specific appointment time on Thursday, January 10th.

On January 10th, you will come to S223 (in the South Hall connector at the Las Vegas Convention Center) at your appointed time. You will have an opportunity to review the floorplan to see which spaces have been selected and then you will make your space choice. You will want to make sure that you bring your space contract for 2014 PMA@CES and have it mostly completed. You can add your final space selection and total space cost after you make your choice.

If you are not able to make your appointment but would like to participate in the initial space selection, you have a few options. 
    1) You could send someone else from your company who is authorized to select space. 
    2) You could complete and submit a Space Contract Proxy along with your space contract, which provides PMA/CEA (or someone
        you designate) the authority to select space for you based upon your space criteria and the best available space at that time. 
    3) Or you can simply come to S223 and select space at a more convenient time (any time after your scheduled space selection
        time on Thursday, January 10th). Please note that the selection process would continue and that the space you may be interested could be taken by a firm
        with lower priority if you do not come at your appointed time (i.e. the selection process would not be paused).
