The Calendar of Deadlines
In each edition of the Exhibitor eNewsletter, you will find a listing of the upcoming deadlines for "all things show-related" - Official Program Listing deadline, GES and other official contractor advance discount deadlines, and optional promotional opportunities and events. Use this list as a reminder of the closest deadlines. The full list will be posted on the PMA 09 website both within FAQs and the Exhibitor Information Manual.

GES Advanced Discount Deadline - Friday, February 6, 2009
Have you ordered your Island or Standard Booth carpet and furniture?
All set? Not yet? Don't fret! You can still order carpet, tables, and chairs direct from GES Expo Services at advanced discount pricing. The discount deadline is next Friday, February 6. Will you have booth staff at PMA 09 that speak another language? If so, make it known to all attendees; place a sign in a visible location within your booth stating which languages are spoken. For example: Se Habla español (Spanish is Spoken Here).
PMA Golf Tournament
Monday, March 2, 8:00 a.m. - The Legacy Golf Club
Join other industry members for a round at one of Las Vegas' Premier golf courses. Fee includes green fees, carts, range balls, prizes, breakfast, and lunch. Who's coming to PMA?

New Session Reminder - PMA 09 Retailer Hot Picks
Thursday, March 5, 2009, 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m - Level 2 of the Trade Show Floor
With approximately 500 exhibitors, finding the new products at PMA 09 can be a big task. Let executives from international buying groups tell you what they think will be the hot sellers this year; t he products highlighted will be on the show floor. There will be two $1,000 drawings held during this session; one at the beginning of the session (1:00 p.m.) and the other at the end (2:00 p.m.).
