InfoTrends Frank Baillargeon is a 35-year photo industry veteran. Prior to joining Infotrends he formed and lead f/22 Consulting since 2001. Frank’s ongoing mission is to support the ongoing transformation to digital imaging by engaging with manufacturers, service providers and mass retailers for the development and effective delivery of meaningful new products and services that advance the consumer photographic experience.
