FUJIFILM North America CorporationMr. Almeida began his career in the photo imaging business in 1980 when he joined Fujifilm as a sales representative for the company’s consumer products division. During his tenure with Fujifilm, he held various senior level sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility.
In 2003, Mr. Almeida assumed the role of Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Rimage Corporation, a Minneapolis-based developer and manufacturer of replication and printing equipment for optical media.
Mr. Almeida returned to Fujifilm in 2009 as Vice President, General Manager, of FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. with responsibility for all sales, marketing and support operations for the company’s analog and digital photo imaging solutions and services.
On January 1, 2010 FUJIFILM U.S.A. merged with FUJIFILM Graphic Systems U.S.A., Inc. to form FUJIFILM North America Corporation. Shortly thereafter Mr. Almeida was named Vice President and General Manager of the Imaging and Electronic Imaging Divisions.
In this capacity Mr. Almeida has responsibility for sales, marketing and support for the company’s consumer and commercial photographic products and services business, including film, one-time-use cameras, online photo services and fulfillment, digital printing equipment and service.
