JP Wollersheim is a Group Product Manager for Windows phone in Redmond, WA. JP is responsible for driving consumer product strategy for the phone, focusing on ensuring that we have a great story, and being able to tell that story in unique ways. He spends his day thinking about how regular people use WP7, and how it will enhance their lives and how we can easily inform the world about these capabilities. Additionally, he is involved in forward looking activities to help define the future of the phone platform for Microsoft. JP has worked at Microsoft for 8 years across several major product groups including Windows, Windows Live, MSN and most recently, Windows phone. JP previously helped in forming several start-ups and also worked on digital photography at Hewlett Packard.

A native of Canada, Wollersheim received his computer science degree from the University of Lethbridge, as well as an MBA from McMasters University. He loves spending time with and taking pictures of his wife and children, especially in the outdoors.
