It has been joked that Susan has chemistry and ink running in her veins.  She literally grew up in the family owned photography lab in ND, which she now co-owns with her father and is the operating CEO.

Susan keeps her pulse on the industry by sitting on multiple boards.  She is currently President Elect for Association of Imaging Executives (AIE) and on the  Industry Advisory Board for Professional Photographers of America (PPA).  She is also on the People Lab Committee for Photo Marketing Association (PMA).

Susan's passion for the photography industry is only superseded by her stong sense of family.  On the evenings and weekends you can find her cheering on her boys at their hockey and soccer games or assisting for the school PTO. 

A firm believer in communication and teamwork, Susan is always willing to take the time to listen and find solutions to whatever arises.
