Mr. Mike Walters is a 24-year veteran in the optoelectronics industry. After 16 years with Hewlett Packard, he co-founded the camera module business at Agilent Technologies in 2001. He was involved in all aspects of the camera module business, including module-level engineering, application engineering, mass production, ramp planning and marketing. He was instrumental in taking the business from zero to more than $300 million a year in revenue. Mr. Walters joined Flextronics as a result of the camera module business acquisition from Agilent. Mr. Walters holds a double degree in Physics and Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California, and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering (with emphasis in IC design and device modeling) from Stamford University. |
