Liz Cutting is the digital imaging analyst for The NPD Group.  With more than sixteen years of marketing and analysis experience, Cutting is the NPD Group’s lead spokesperson for digital imaging. Cutting has been a featured speaker at many conferences, including Photo Marketing Association, Consumer Electronics Show, and the Photo Imaging Exposition in Tokyo.

She is available to offer expert insight and commentary on these and many other industry related topics:

  • Sales, feature and distribution channel trends for digital cameras and accessories
  • Demographic profiles and purchase motivators for consumers of image capture and output devices and consumables
  • Retail Account level demographic profiles and customer satisfaction scores of purchasers of image capture devices

Prior to joining NPD, Cutting managed the development of the corporate web site for Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., Inc. Previously she was an account manager in interactive advertising at McCann Erickson.  Cutting also spent seven years in marketing during the launch and growth of the Lexus Division of Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. Cutting has an MBA from New York University and a B.A. in Japanese Studies from Hamilton College.
